Microblading is also known as Microstroking, eyebrow embroidery & semi-permanent make-up. It is a relatively new technique to North America, originating in Japan. Using a manual hand tool a brow artist slowly etches a pattern of lines that mimic ones own hair growth while implanting plant based pigments. The result is a very natural looking brow that strongly resembles real hair.

During your appointment your brows will be shaped and drawn to your approval. Each brow is custom designed to enhance your features. Taking into account facial proportions and overall desired shape. Once the shape has been determined & approved and the brows are fully numbed, the Microblading process begins & usually takes about 1 hour. The initial appointment takes about 2.5 hours in total, and the followup appointment (4-6 weeks later) is about 1 hour. The follow up visit allows for minor touch ups if necessary and ensures the pigments will last up to 18 months – 2 years. It is mandatory to follow the aftercare procedure instructions diligently to ensure the brows heal properly.

The brows will darken within the first few days, this is part of the healing process. Allow 7-14 days for healing.
